EasyJet avaa kuusi uutta
talvireittiä Rovaniemelle

Easyjet julkaisi juhannuksen aatonaattona kuusi uutta reittiä Rovaniemen lentoasemalle. Merkittävä uusi avaus on suora lento Birminghamista.

EasyJet avasi uuden tukikohtansa Birminghamin lentokentälle tämän vuoden maaliskuussa, joten Birminghamista pääsee etenemään jatkolennoilla maailmalle jopa 33 kohteen verran.

EasyJetin julkistama uusi talvireitti Birminghamin lentokentältä Rovaniemelle operoidaan ensimmäisen kerran 24.11.2024, ja lentoja liikennöidään kahdesti viikossa: keskiviikkoisin ja sunnuntaisin koko talven ajan. Reitti on yksi kuudesta tänään julkistetusta reitistä.

Lisäksi Rovaniemelle avataan reitit Berliinistä, Bordeaux'sta, Genevestä, Lyonista ja Nizzasta. EasyJet tarjoaakin nyt enemmän reittejä Lappiin kuin mikään muu lentoyhtiö, 17 vuoroa seitsemästä maasta.

Berliinin lennot liikennöivät tiistaisin ja lauantaisin 7.12.2024 alkaen, Bordeaux-lennot liikennöivät keskiviikkoisin ja lauantaisin 30.11.2024 alkaen, Geneven lennot liikennöivät tiistaisin ja perjantaisin 6.12.2024 alkaen, Lyonin lennot liikennöivät keskiviikkoisin ja lauantaisin 30.11.2024 alkaen ja Nizzan lennot liikennöivät tiistaisin ja lauantaisin 30.11.2024.

EasyJet launches 6 new winter routes
to Rovaniemi Airport

EasyJet announced 6 new routes to Rovaniemi Airport. Significant opening is a direct flight from Birmingham, as EasyJet launched its new base at Birmingham Airport in March this year. There’s up to 33 of connecting flights from Birmingham onwards.

EasyJet has today announced a new winter route from Birmingham Airport to Rovaniemi in Finland, with flights taking off for the first time on 24 November 2024, operating twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout winter, providing customers in the Midlands with a direct connection to the home of Santa Claus and gateway to Lapland this winter.

The route is among six new routes to Rovaniemi announced today, from Berlin, Bordeaux, Geneva, Lyon and Nice meaning easyJet now offers more routes to Lapland than any other airline, with 17 services from seven countries and will operate its biggest ever Finland flying programme this winter, up 125% compared to last winter.
Berlin flights will be operated Tuesdays and Saturdays starting from 7th December 2024. Bordeaux flights will be operated Wednesdays and Saturdays from 30th November 2024. Geneva flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Fridays starting from 6th December 2024 Lyon flights will be operated on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting from 30th November 2024 and Nice flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays 30th November 2024.
